# Workspaces

Where leads, campaigns, and connected accounts live.

## What a workspace is

A workspace is where your data belongs. Leads, campaigns, connected accounts, suppressions, events, and agents all live in one workspace.

## Members

People join with a role: owner, admin, or member. Admins can switch members and other admins between member and admin, and can invite or remove them. Only an owner can make someone else an owner, or change or remove an owner. A workspace always keeps at least one owner: the last owner cannot change roles or leave until someone else is an owner.

Invite from settings. Creating a workspace can include invites.

## Switching

You can belong to more than one workspace. Switch from the user menu, or create another workspace there.

## API keys

Each API key is bound to one user and one workspace. The dashboard, API, and MCP all work in the workspace the current session or key is bound to.
