Salesloft alternatives: 7 options, by what you need

The main Salesloft alternatives are Outreach, Apollo, lemlist, Amplemarket, Salesforge, HubSpot and Needle, our own agent-led take on the job. Which one is right depends on why you are leaving, so this page is grouped by reason rather than ranked.

What is Salesloft?
Salesloft is one of the two platforms that defined the sales engagement category, alongside Outreach. Reps run their day in it: sequenced emails and calls, cadences, conversation intelligence, deal management and forecasting, sold in two packages (Advanced, Elite) with no published pricing.
Credit where due: the platform goes deeper than a sequencer. Its Command Center ships a “Stalled Deals Insight & Play” that spots stuck deals and creates a rep review task (help.salesloft.com), which is more than most of the tools below do after the first touch.
The big recent fact is the merger. Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on 3 December 2025, appointed Steve Cox as CEO of the combined company, and now sell a “Predictive Revenue System” spanning Clari’s forecasting and Salesloft’s engagement (salesloft.com newsroom). The first joint releases arrived in spring 2026: Salesloft tasks triggered from Clari views, and an MCP server exposing revenue data to external AI tools (salesloft.com). Full product unification is a multi-year project by the company’s own description.
We do not use Salesloft, so nothing here is a review. This is written from public positioning, first-party announcements, and published pricing where it exists.
Why do people look for a Salesloft alternative?
Quote-only pricing on annual contracts. Salesloft publishes no prices. Third-party procurement data puts list pricing at roughly $75 to $220+ per user per month depending on package, before add-ons like the dialer and Conversations, and notes a typical minimum of 10 to 15 seats (Vendr). You cannot size the spend without a sales call, and no figure you read is first-party. For a five-person team, the seat minimum alone rules it out.
Merger uncertainty. Two mature platforms, two data models, one multi-year unification roadmap. Some customers will get a genuinely broader system out of the Clari merger. Others do not want to be on a platform while it re-plumbs itself, and both reactions are reasonable.
The Salesforce assumption. Salesloft’s Deals functionality requires Salesforce as the CRM (help.salesloft.com). If you run HubSpot, Attio or anything else, part of the platform you are quoted for is not for you.
Platform weight. Salesloft is built for teams with RevOps, an admin, and onboarding time. If three reps need sequences and a dialer, you are buying an enterprise platform to use a tenth of it.
The alternatives, by what you actually want
If you want the like-for-like enterprise swap
Outreach. The direct rival, with equivalent scope: sequences, conversation intelligence, deal management, forecasting. Its pricing page lists three tiers (Amplify Core, Plus, Pro) separated by AI credit allowances, 25,000 to 100,000 a month, with no dollar figures published (outreach.ai, checked August 2026). Moving from Salesloft to Outreach swaps the vendor, not the model: you will still negotiate a quote on an annual contract. And budget the migration itself: rebuilding cadences, CRM field mapping and rep retraining cost more than the licence delta. Do it for feature fit or a better deal, not to escape the buying process.
If you want published pricing and the data included
Apollo. The consolidation play. One subscription covers a 240M+ contact database, enrichment, sequences and a dialer, with public per-seat pricing: free tier, then $49 / $79 / $119 per user per month billed annually (apollo.io/pricing). The engagement features are shallower than Salesloft’s and the data quality varies by segment, so test match rates in yours. But a small team gets list building and outreach in one bill that finance can read before anyone talks to sales. See Apollo alternatives for that side of the market.
If you want something leaner
lemlist. Multichannel outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) from $87/user/mo billed annually ($109 billed monthly), with its own contact database and lemwarm for deliverability (lemlist.com/pricing). No conversation intelligence, no forecasting, no deal management. That is the point: if sequences were the only part of Salesloft your team used, this is that part at a fraction of the cost.
If you want AI doing more of the work
Amplemarket. A copilot first: it drafts, suggests and sequences with a human approving sends, and offers an optional Autopilot mode when you want it to run on its own. Startup tier is $600/mo billed annually for 2 users (amplemarket.com/pricing). Pick it if you want AI drafting with human control, and check data coverage if you sell outside the US.
Salesforge (Agent Frank). The autonomous option: an agent that sources, writes and sends on its own infrastructure, $499/mo billed quarterly ($416/mo billed annually), with email infrastructure sold separately (salesforge.ai). A different bet than a sales engagement platform: you are not buying software for reps to run, you are buying the sending itself. Our guide to AI SDRs covers when that bet makes sense.
If you want it inside your CRM
HubSpot Breeze prospecting agent. For teams already on HubSpot, the prospecting agent researches contacts, drafts outreach and runs 30 days of follow-up at $1 per recommended lead, on Sales Hub Pro or Enterprise (hubspot.com). Cheap to try and tied to one CRM’s view of the world, which for a HubSpot shop is exactly what you want.

When Salesloft is the right choice
Genuinely, not as a token line:
- You run Salesforce and want one vendor across engagement, conversation intelligence and forecasting. That is the exact team the Clari merger was built for, and nothing lighter on this page replaces that scope.
- You have RevOps capacity. The platform rewards administration. Teams that invest in cadence design and governance get value the lean tools cannot match.
- The merger is upside for you. If you already wanted forecasting, engagement plus Clari’s pipeline intelligence under one contract is a stronger buy than either was alone.
- You are big enough to negotiate. Quote-only pricing punishes small teams and rewards large ones. At 100+ seats, the sales process works in your favour.
If most of those hold, stop reading alternatives pages and renegotiate your renewal instead.
Where Needle fits
Needle is our own entry on this list, so read it knowing that. It approaches the outbound job from the opposite end of Salesloft: instead of reps running cadences inside a platform, an AI agent in Slack and Teams finds leads that match your ICP, researches them (funding, hiring, expansion signals), verifies contact details, and drafts the outreach for the rep to send.
The trade is platform depth for precision. No conversation intelligence, no forecasting, no cadence governance, and it will not blast thousands of contacts a month. It bets on the right lead with a researched reason instead of volume, and its pricing is published: free tier, then from $199/mo. If quote-only pricing is why you are reading this page, that alone is a difference.
FAQ
What is the best Salesloft alternative?
There is no single best one. Outreach is the like-for-like enterprise swap. Apollo is the value pick with published pricing and a contact database included. lemlist if you only need sequences. Amplemarket or Salesforge if you want AI doing more of the sending. HubSpot Breeze if you live in HubSpot. Needle if you want an agent in Slack or Teams finding, researching and drafting the leads instead of reps running a platform.
How much does Salesloft cost?
Salesloft does not publish pricing. It sells two packages (Advanced, Elite) through custom quotes on annual contracts, typically with a 10 to 15 seat minimum. Third-party procurement data puts list pricing at roughly $75 to $220+ per user per month depending on package, before add-ons, but no public first-party figure exists.
Salesloft vs Outreach: which should I pick?
They are direct equivalents in scope, and both are quote-only. Decide on feature fit (test both on your own cadences), CRM depth, and the deal you can negotiate. If your complaint about Salesloft is pricing opacity or platform weight, Outreach solves neither.
Is Apollo a good Salesloft alternative?
For small and mid-sized teams, often yes. It bundles a 240M+ contact database with sequences and a dialer at published per-seat prices from $49/mo. The trade-off is shallower engagement tooling and data quality that varies by segment, so test it on your market first.
What does the Clari merger mean for Salesloft customers?
Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on 3 December 2025 and sell a combined “Predictive Revenue System” under CEO Steve Cox. Early integrations shipped in spring 2026, and full product unification is a multi-year effort. More scope if you wanted forecasting; more uncertainty if you just wanted a stable sequencer.
Does Needle replace Salesloft?
For the prospecting job, yes. Needle is an AI agent in Slack and Teams: it finds leads matching your ICP, researches them, verifies contact details, and drafts the outreach for the rep. It does not replicate the platform features: no conversation intelligence, forecasting, or cadence governance.
If you would rather describe your ideal customer and have an agent bring you researched, ready-to-send leads, see what Needle does on your stack.
