Needle is a proactive agent platform for revenue teams. We started as an automation company, and we're now pointing that foundation at a bigger job: taking the busywork off reps so they can spend their time where deals are actually won.
Our story
The itch
Onur grew up in hustle culture. Building has been in his blood his whole life. After a stint at fast-growing scale-ups, he set his sights on starting a company of his own.
New horizons
Jan left his job in Zurich and moved to Berlin in search of something bigger. The two met in Berlin, and the spark was immediate.
Late 2024
Needle was founded in the living room of Onur’s apartment: two founders, a whiteboard, a couch, and a lot of conviction.
Today
Since then we’ve pivoted twice, raised our seed round, grew our team, and sharpened our focus on one thing: helping revenue teams adopt AI.
