Frequently asked questions
On net revenue we collect from customers who sign up with your link or code: after discounts, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. It applies to their first 12 months of payments.
Commission is confirmed once a payment is 30 days old, so refunds can settle. We pay out monthly once your confirmed balance reaches $100.
A new workspace that signs up within 90 days of clicking your link, or that uses your code at checkout. Existing customers and your own workspaces do not count.
Anywhere you publish your own content. Coupon and deal sites, paid ads that bid on the Needle brand, and spam are not allowed and void commission.
Referrals are for customers inviting people they know, rewarded in Needle credit. The affiliate program is for creators with an audience and pays out in cash.
