Open "Refer & earn" from the sidebar in Needle. Copy your link or send invites by email straight from the app.
Step 2
They start for free
Your friend gets a 7-day free trial, then 50% off their first 3 months, or 20% off their first year on yearly billing.
Step 3
You earn credit
Once their workspace has been subscribed for 35 days, $69 lands on your workspace's balance and pays toward your next invoices.
Questions and terms
Any member of a workspace on a paid plan. Credits go to the workspace you refer from.
No. Every new workspace that subscribes through your link earns $69, whatever its plan size.
Yes. Once your referral credit reaches $100, you can request a payout from "Refer & earn" in Needle.
No. A workspace gets one promotion at a time, and the referral discount applies automatically.
Referring yourself or your own team. Workspaces that share members, a company email domain, or a payment card with yours are not eligible.
We may change or end the program and withhold credit for abuse. Credit already applied to your balance stays there.
