Create a file upload

Mint a short-lived signed PUT URL, or copy a public file with sourceUrl. Omit scope for a workspace file. Pass scope "user" to keep the file visible only to you. PUT bytes to uploadUrl when it is returned, then pass the returned url on needleSendLinkedinMessage or needleSendLinkedinInMail. Campaign steps can attach workspace files only. downloadUrl is a preview link. Do not store uploadUrl.
