This workflow automatically replies to new emails in your Gmail inbox. It uses AI to read each incoming message, understand its intent, and generate a professional, context-aware response — then sends it back to the original sender without any manual effort.
What It Does
- Watches your Gmail inbox for new emails (excluding Trash, Spam, and Sent).
- Sends the email content to an AI agent that drafts a professional reply.
- Merges the original email data with the AI-generated reply.
- Sends the crafted response back to the original sender as a reply.
What You Need
- A Gmail account with API access enabled.
- Authentication set up for the Gmail connector in Needle.
- Access to Needle's AI assistant node with appropriate permissions.
- This workflow template imported on the Needle platform.
How the Flow Works

- Emails are formatted in clean HTML without emojis or slang.
