No, you need to submit a workflow for review. Publishing is only for you internally to save the recent version of your workflow. The Needle team checks quality and functionality. Once approved, it goes live to the template library where users can discover and run it. You'll be notified when it goes live.

Most workflows are reviewed within 24h. Simple, well-documented workflows get approved fastest. Founding partners get priority review. If your workflow needs changes, you'll get specific feedback.

No exclusivity. Many of our partners also sell on other platforms.

You earn per run. Each workflow has a credit coefficient based on its complexity (AI steps, token usage, etc.). More complex workflows earn more per run. Your total earnings are driven by two things: volume (how many people run your workflow) and complexity (how many tokens each run consumes). Payouts are monthly for balances of $30+ — if you're under that, it rolls over. Use the earnings slider to estimate what your workflows could earn.

Only runs by Pro subscribers generate payouts. Free-tier users can run your workflows (which helps with visibility and social proof), but those runs don't generate partner revenue.

The user's — not yours. When a Pro subscriber runs your workflow, it consumes credits from their plan. You don't need to worry about API costs or token limits. Needle handles all infrastructure.
