The Autonomous PR Crisis Monitor workflow helps brands stay ahead by continuously scanning recent online content for negative mentions and potential public relations crises. It automatically analyzes content, assesses threat levels, and crafts carefully vetted responses to emerging issues involving a brand or its key executives.

It performs five key actions:

  1. Searches the internet for negative mentions, complaints, or controversies about a brand or executive within the last 60 minutes.
  2. Uses an AI agent to analyze the found mentions and identify any genuine PR threats.
  3. Routes the workflow to continue only if a real threat is detected, otherwise it stops cleanly to save resources.
  4. Searches a crisis response playbook for approved responses related to the detected complaint.
  5. Drafts a brand-safe, empathetic crisis response and evaluates that response to ensure it meets legal standards, looping if adjustments are needed.

AI Crisis Director LoopIterates up to twice to draft a highly professional, empathetic, non-defensive public response using only approved resolutions.
Brand Safety ComplianceEvaluates each drafted response against brand safety criteria, legal risk, tone, and promises. If not compliant, the loop retries.
Post-Loop ExtractorGathers the final approved response and relevant threat details for output.

Output

At the end of the workflow, you get a structured report containing:

  1. Whether a PR threat was detected.
  2. The threat level severity.
  3. A summary of the core complaint.
  4. A source URL for the incident.
  5. A polished, brand-safe crisis response drafted specifically for the situation.
