It performs the following steps:
- Starts when you manually trigger it by providing a document URL.
- Browses the web page to extract readable step-by-step content.
- Uses an AI model to analyze the document and convert the content into a structured SOP format.
- Formats the generated SOP into a clean, styled HTML document including an overview, table of contents, and revision history.
- Emails the finalized SOP as an HTML file directly to your specified recipient.
What you need
- A Needle platform account with access to the workflow editor.
- Access to the Needle AI connector configured and authorized.
- A Gmail connector authorized to send emails.
- The URL for the source document you want to generate an SOP from.
