This workflow creates a daily AI news digest by gathering the latest technology news on various AI topics and sending a well formatted newsletter to your Gmail inbox every morning. It curates the most important stories from trusted sources, ensuring you stay up to date with concise summaries.
It does 4 main things:
- Triggers automatically every day at 8 AM UTC.
- Generates search queries for key AI topics, filtering news from the past 24 hours.
- Searches reputable technology news websites to collect relevant articles.
- Uses an AI model to select the top 10 news pieces, formats them into a stylish HTML newsletter, and emails it to your Gmail.
What you need
- A Needle account to run the workflow.
- Access to the Needle Internet Search connector.
- An AI model connector configured to curate and summarize the news.
- A connected Gmail account authorized to send emails via Pipedream.
How the flow works

Output
You receive a daily email in your Gmail inbox titled "🤖 Daily AI Pulse — Your AI Newsletter" containing the top AI news from the past 24 hours. Each article is summarized and presented in a clean, easy to read HTML format with consistent styling.
Notes
- The workflow filters out social media, forums, and non legitimate sources to keep the digest reliable.
- The AI step deduplicates overlapping news stories, ensuring variety.
- Emails are sent once daily; adjust the schedule trigger if you want a different time or frequency.
- Make sure your Gmail account settings allow automated emails to avoid issues with delivery or spam.
