This workflow automatically tracks and analyzes your website alongside a competitor's website on a daily schedule. It compares both to identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities, then sends you a strategic summary via email.
Here's what it does:
- Triggers every day at midnight UTC to start the analysis.
- Uses an AI agent to browse and thoroughly analyze your website, summarizing key aspects like offerings, pricing, and trust signals.
- Analyzes your competitor's website using the same criteria.
- Merges both analyses and compares them to identify competitive advantages, weaknesses, and actionable recommendations.
- Sends you a clear, actionable HTML email summarizing the findings and strategic advice.
What You Need
- A Needle platform account to run the workflow.
- Access to the Needle AI node with the browsing tool enabled.
- A Gmail account configured for the Gmail connector to send emails.
- URLs for your own website and the competitor's website you want to track.
How the Flow Works

Output
At the end of the flow, you receive a well-structured, actionable HTML email in your inbox. It includes:

- Clear, prioritized recommendations for improvements or actions.
Setup and Customization
- Set your website URL — Open the first AI node and replace the placeholder
https://yourwebsite.comwith your actual website URL. - Set the competitor URL — Open the second AI node and replace the placeholder competitor URL with the actual competitor's website URL.
- Configure the email recipient — Update the email address in the Gmail send node to your preferred inbox.
- Adjust the schedule (optional) — Modify the cron schedule in the trigger node if you want the flow to run at a different time or frequency.
Notes
- The AI agents rely on publicly visible website content. If information isn't available on the site, it will be skipped rather than guessed.
