Setup

1. Create a Telegram bot — Open Telegram, message @BotFather, and follow the steps to create a new bot. Copy the bot token.
2. Get your chat ID — Message @userinfobot on Telegram to retrieve your chat ID.
3. Connect your Telegram bot in the workflow and paste your chat ID into the Telegram node.
4. Submit the workflow — do not publish, to preserve your Needle credits.
5. Receive your first phrase the next morning at 7 AM UTC.
