Google CalendarDaily BriefingEmail AutomationSchedule Management

What It Does

Runs every morning at 6:30 AM UTC and reads your Google Calendar for the day. Delivers a structured HTML briefing to your inbox with your full schedule in a clean table, a day summary with total meeting time and back-to-back alerts, and three preparation reminders tailored to your specific meetings. Free days get a clear calendar message with a recommendation for deep work.

How It Works

  1. Scheduled Trigger: Fires daily at 6:30 AM UTC.
  2. Google Calendar Node: Fetches all events scheduled for today from the authenticated Google account.
  3. AI Agent: Formats a schedule table, calculates total meeting time, identifies back-to-back conflicts, flags heavy days, and writes three specific preparation reminders based on the actual meetings found.
  4. Gmail: Delivers the briefing to your inbox before your workday starts.

What You Get

  1. Full day schedule delivered in a clean time-sorted table.
  2. Total meeting time and a heaviness flag for days over four hours.
  3. Back-to-back meeting alerts when there is no break between events.
  4. Three preparation reminders specific to your actual meetings.
  5. Clear calendar message with deep work recommendation on free days.

Who It Is For

  1. Professionals who check their email first in the morning.
  2. Managers with back-to-back meeting schedules who need a daily heads-up.
  3. Remote workers who want a structured morning routine delivered consistently.
  4. Anyone who wants their day planned before they sit down to work.

Setup

  1. Connect your Google Calendar account.
  2. Connect your Gmail account.
  3. Publish the workflow, and your first briefing arrives the next morning at 6:30 AM UTC.
