Email Morning Calendar Briefing
Fetches your daily Google Calendar schedule and emails a structured morning briefing with a schedule table, total meeting time, conflict warnings, and prep reminders.
What It Does
Runs every morning at 6:30 AM UTC and reads your Google Calendar for the day. Delivers a structured HTML briefing to your inbox with your full schedule in a clean table, a day summary with total meeting time and back-to-back alerts, and three preparation reminders tailored to your specific meetings. Free days get a clear calendar message with a recommendation for deep work.
How It Works
- Scheduled Trigger: Fires daily at 6:30 AM UTC.
- Google Calendar Node: Fetches all events scheduled for today from the authenticated Google account.
- AI Agent: Formats a schedule table, calculates total meeting time, identifies back-to-back conflicts, flags heavy days, and writes three specific preparation reminders based on the actual meetings found.
- Gmail: Delivers the briefing to your inbox before your workday starts.
What You Get
- Full day schedule delivered in a clean time-sorted table.
- Total meeting time and a heaviness flag for days over four hours.
- Back-to-back meeting alerts when there is no break between events.
- Three preparation reminders specific to your actual meetings.
- Clear calendar message with deep work recommendation on free days.
