This workflow reads nutrition labels from product images and extracts the key nutritional values, presenting them in a clear, structured format. Simply provide a product image URL, and the AI agent will analyze the label and return detailed nutrient information.

How It Works

1. Trigger the workflow — The workflow begins with a manual trigger where you provide the URL of a product image that contains a visible nutrition label.
2. AI analysis — An AI agent receives the image URL, browses the image, and reads the nutrition label. It identifies and extracts all visible nutrient information from the product packaging.
3. Structured output — The AI returns the extracted data in a clear, readable format including the product name, serving size, calories, and all listed nutrients with their values.

What Gets Extracted

The AI agent targets the following fields when visible on the label:

• Product image URL — A publicly accessible URL pointing to a product photo that includes a nutrition facts label. Replace the placeholder in the manual trigger with your own image URL.

The workflow returns a text summary that includes:

1. Product name (if visible on the label)
