It does three things:
- Watches your Google Drive for any new contracts, NDAs, or legal documents.
- Uses an AI agent acting as an expert corporate lawyer to analyze the contract text.
- Emails you a detailed red-flag report highlighting risks and recommendations.
What You Need
- A Google Drive account with permissions to connect via Needle.
- Access to the Needle AI integration.
- A Gmail account connected for sending email summaries.
- Properly authorized connectors set up in Needle for Google Drive and Gmail.
How the Flow Works
