This workflow helps real estate professionals boost their lead conversion by generating a personalized, human-like email that points out specific observations from a company's website. The AI reviews the site like a potential buyer, identifies small but meaningful points to improve, and crafts a quick message to spark a conversation.
It does four things:
- Receives company information like name, website, location, and a contact person.
- Uses an AI agent to browse the website from a buyer's perspective and spot 2–3 realistic observations.
- Creates a short, natural-sounding email highlighting one specific insight.
- Prepares the email content to be sent to the prospect (the actual sending can be added separately).
What You Need
- Access to the Needle platform with AI and webhook trigger nodes enabled.
- An AI node with web browsing capabilities.
- Basic details about the real estate company (company name, website URL, location, contact name).
- Optionally, sender details to personalize the email (sender name, sender company).

- email — A casual, 80–120 word message addressing the contact by name, including one concrete observation from the website, and signed by the sender.
This output is ready to be used for outreach via email platforms.
