This workflow automatically finds and analyzes top real estate deals in Bangalore by scraping MagicBricks listings. It ranks properties based on investment potential and provides insights to help you identify the best opportunities.

It does 3 things:

1. Searches MagicBricks for the latest apartment listings in Bangalore and collects detailed property information from at least 10 listings.
2. Analyzes each property considering price, location, builder reputation, and property status to score and rank the deals.
3. Summarizes the Bangalore real estate market and highlights the top 3 best property deals.

What you need

• Access to the Needle platform to run the workflow.
• No manual API keys needed as it uses public web search and browsing.
• Internet connection to access MagicBricks and perform real-time data extraction.

How the flow works

Scheduled Trigger: Starts the workflow every day at 8 AM India time to keep data fresh.

Property Search (Needle AI Node): Searches MagicBricks specifically for Bangalore apartments for sale and gathers detailed info like price, size, BHK type, and listing URL from at least 10 properties.

Property Analysis (Needle AI Node): Evaluates each property’s deal quality based on price per sqft, location potential, builder reputation, and construction status to assign scores and investment recommendations.

Data Processing (Code Node): Parses and formats the analysis results into an easy-to-read summary, including a ranked list of properties, top 3 deals, and a quick market overview.

Output

You receive a detailed report listing properties with:

• Property name and location
• Deal score from 1 to 10 indicating investment value
• Assessment of whether the property is undervalued, fairly priced, or overpriced
• Location potential rating with reasoning
• Investment verdict such as Strong Buy, Buy, Hold, or Avoid
• Key highlights that help you quickly understand the major pros or cons

Additionally, a concise market summary and the top 3 recommended deals are presented for quick decision-making.
