Introduction

This workflow sends a daily email briefing with the most important news headlines across key categories each morning at 7 AM Dhaka time. It leverages AI-powered web search to find the latest updates and compiles them into a concise digest.

The workflow performs three main tasks:

1. Automatically triggers daily at 7 AM (Asia/Dhaka timezone).
2. Uses AI to search multiple trusted news sources and summarize updates in categories like AI & Technology, Business & Startups, World News, Science, and Productivity.
3. Sends a well-formatted email including top stories, a featured AI tool, a productivity tip, and an inspiring quote.

What you need

• A Needle account with access to the Needle AI v2 connector.
• API access for Needle's internet search and web browsing capabilities.
• A Gmail account connected via Pipedream to send outgoing emails.

How the flow works

Output

At the end of each run, you'll receive an email featuring:

• A subject line showing the current date.
• 5 to 8 summarized news stories presented clearly and professionally.
• Headlines from AI, business, world events, and science sectors.
• A spotlight on a useful AI tool of the day.
• A practical productivity tip.
• An inspiring daily quote.

• The AI uses date-specific search queries to ensure news content is relevant and up to date.
• Emails are styled for easy reading using appropriate spacing and tasteful emojis, avoiding clickbait.
• Adjust recipient emails in the Gmail node as needed.
