It performs the following steps:
- Listens for new messages from a specific Telegram chat.
- Normalizes incoming Telegram updates for consistent data extraction.
- Filters messages that contain a query or target to analyze.
- Generates a helpful guidance message if no target is provided.
- Sends the target query to the AI agent, which classifies the input and generates a concise cybersecurity report.
- Prepares a Telegram-safe message, ensuring character limits and fallback text.
- Sends the resulting report or help message back to the Telegram chat.
