Track Indian Real Estate Events
Automatically scans Indian real estate websites daily for upcoming property expos, conferences, and meetups, then updates a Notion tracker with event details.
The Real Estate Event Alert Engine is a workflow that automatically checks several Indian real estate websites daily to find upcoming property-related events. It filters and collects details on expos, conferences, webinars, and meetups, then updates a Notion page with the latest event information.
It does two things:
- Every day at 9:30 AM UTC, it triggers the process.
- It uses a browser automation node to visit specified real estate event websites, scrape upcoming event details, and update a Notion page named "Real Estate Events Tracker – India" with the curated event data.
What You Need
- A Needle account to run the workflow.
- Browser automation connector enabled in Needle.
- Access to the following websites:
- A Notion account with an existing or new page titled "Real Estate Events Tracker – India" where event details will be stored.
- Proper proxy settings configured (set to India) to access geo-restricted content if necessary.
How the Flow Works

What Gets Captured
For each event found, the workflow extracts three key details:

| Location | The city and venue, or "Online" for virtual events. |
Output
At the end of the workflow, you get an updated Notion page titled "Real Estate Events Tracker – India" containing an up-to-date list of relevant real estate events happening across India. Each event entry includes the event name, date, and location, neatly formatted for quick reference.
Notes
- The workflow prioritizes events within the next 30 days but will extend further ahead if fewer than 3 events are found in that window.
- Both physical and online real estate events are included.
- Make sure your Notion page permissions allow the Needle automation to edit content.
- Running this daily ensures you always have a fresh, relevant list without manual searching.
- The proxy is set to India to avoid regional restrictions and improve access reliability to local sites.
