This workflow streamlines scheduling and communication for real estate site visits. It handles booking the visit on your Google Calendar and sends a set of styled emails to the prospect: confirmation, reminder, and follow-up.

What It Does

  1. Accepts prospect and property details as input.
  2. Creates a Google Calendar event for the site visit including the prospect as an attendee.
  3. Uses an AI model to generate three professional HTML email contents styled with a light sky blue theme.
  4. Sends a confirmation email to the prospect immediately after scheduling.
  5. Sends a reminder email one day before the visit and a follow-up email after the visit.

Prerequisites

  1. A Needle platform account to create and run the workflow.
  2. Google Calendar connector authorized to create events.
  3. Gmail connector authorized to send emails.
  4. Access to a Needle AI agent for generating email content.
