This workflow streamlines scheduling and communication for real estate site visits. It gathers visitor information, sets up a calendar event, and sends three styled emails to the prospect: confirmation, reminder, and follow-up.
It performs 5 main tasks:
- Collects prospect and visit details.
- Creates a Google Calendar event for the property tour.
- Generates three HTML emails with a consistent light sky blue theme:
- Confirmation
- Reminder (sent day before)
- Follow-up (sent after the visit)
- Sends the confirmation email immediately.
- Sends reminder and follow-up emails at scheduled times.
What you need
- A Needle platform account with access to the AI node for email content generation.
- Connected Gmail account via Pipedream for sending emails.
- Connected Google Calendar account via Pipedream for event creation.
- Prospect and property information such as name, email, phone, property details, and preferred date/time.

- Email content strictly uses the exact input data—no fictional names or locations.
- All emails have a consistent light sky blue design.
